- Fill the form and upload your medical or professional license. It will be required to validate the participant as a physician. (If you do not provide the required information and complete the payment process, you will not be able to attend the event, and your ticket will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that you fill out the form correctly).
- Nurses and technicians may only register when accompanied by a registered physician.
- The ticket purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In case of cancellation, unforeseen circumstances, or an emergency requiring the cancellation of the event by the organizers, a full refund of the paid cost will be issued.
- Each attendee should bring 2.5 – 6.5 power magnification loupes/glasses and scrubs for the live surgery sessions.
- To be eligible for the Medical Residency Scholarship, applicants must submit a letter from their hospital of residence. This letter should be on official hospital letterhead and must confirm the applicant’s current active residency status. The letter must be duly signed by an authorized hospital representative. Failure to provide this documentation or submission of incomplete or inaccurate information will result in the disqualification of the scholarship application and you will not be able to attend the event, and your ticket will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure the letter is uploaded with their application form by the specified deadline.
